Pikant – the taste of Sunnfjord
Different occasions need different menus. The Pikant à la carte menu or Small dishes menu is available all day. There you will find tasty single dishes with ingredients from local suppliers.
You can also choose the evening menu when you are not in a hurry, and want to make the whole meal an experience.

We serve the Pikant menu à la carte in Pikant RESTAURANT from 16:00, Tuesday to Saturday.

Starter
Smoked Salmon 188,-
Served with homemade crispbread, cucumber, and sour cream sauce.

Veal marinated with mustard and served with truffle mayonnaise, arugula, parmesan, and sun-dried tomato.

Main Course
Brøsen Burger 295,-
Made of coarsely ground beef, topped with cheddar and bacon jam. Served in our homemade brioche bun. With chipotle mayonnaise, pickled red onion, tomato, lettuce, and fries.

Vegetarian Burger 295,-
Made of avocado and soy. Served in our homemade brioche bun. With chipotle mayonnaise, tomato, pickled red onion, lettuce, and fries.

Salmon 425,-
Served with celery and fennel purée, broccolini, caramelized onion, and melted butter with pistachio and almond. Served with small potatoes.

Served with parsnip purée, beets, broccolini, a creamy pepper sauce, and small potatoes.

Venison Stew
Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Brownie with dark chocolate mousse. Served with sorbet.
