Pikant – the taste of Sunnfjord

Different occasions need different menus. The Pikant à la carte menu or Small dishes menu is available all day. There you will find tasty single dishes with ingredients from local suppliers.

You can also choose the evening menu when you are not in a hurry, and want to make the whole meal an experience.

PIKANT MENU

We serve the Pikant menu à la carte in Pikant RESTAURANT from 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.

Starters

Fish soup 182,-
Served with white fish, carrot, leek, scampi and mussels. Served with sourdough bread and aioli.
Allergens: milk, fish, wheat, celery, molluscs, shellfish, egg, mustard.

Smoked salmon 188,-
Served with our homemade crispbread, cucumber and sour cream sauce.
Allergens: milk, oats, fish, sesame.

Main courses

Brøsen Burger 318,-
Coarsely ground beef, topped with cheddar and bacon jam. Served in our homemade brioche bun. With chipotle mayonnaise, pickled red onion, tomato, lettuce and fries.
Allergens: egg, wheat, milk, mustard, sulphites.

Vegetarian burger 318,-
Made with avocado and soy. Served in our homemade brioche bun. With chipotle mayonnaise, tomato, pickled red onion, lettuce and fries.
Allergens: egg, wheat, milk, mustard, soy, oats, barley, sulphites. Traces of celery.

Salmon 425,-
Served with celery and fennel purée, broccolini, caramelized onion and melted butter with pistachio and almond. Served with small potatoes.
Allergens: milk, fish, almond, pistachio, celery, sulphites.

Young beef steak 478,-
Served with parsnip purée, beetroot, broccolini, with a creamy pepper sauce and small potatoes topped with parsnip chips.
Allergens: milk, sulphites (traces of gluten)..

Creamy fish soup 287,-
Served with white fish, carrot, leek, scampi and mussels. Served with sourdough bread and aioli.

Served with fresh mandarin sorbet.

Triple chocolate
Brownie with dark chocolate mousse. Served with white chocolate ice cream.
