Pikant – the taste of Sunnfjord
Different occasions need different menus. The Pikant à la carte menu or Small dishes menu is available all day. There you will find tasty single dishes with ingredients from local suppliers.
You can also choose the evening menu when you are not in a hurry, and want to make the whole meal an experience.
PIKANT MENU
We serve the Pikant menu à la carte in Pikant RESTAURANT from 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
Starter
Beetroot Soup 150,-
Served with veal culotte and vegetables. Aioli and bread on the side.

Smoked Salmon 188,-
Served with homemade crispbread and crème fraîche.

Main Course
Brøsen Burger 295,-
Coarsely ground beef topped with cheddar and bacon. Served in our homemade brioche bun with chipotle mayonnaise, pickled red onion, tomato, lettuce and fries.

Vegetarian Burger 295,-
Made with avocado and soy. Served in our homemade brioche bun with chipotle mayonnaise, tomato, pickled red onion, lettuce and fries.

Fish of the Week 425,-
Fish baked in foil served with seasonal vegetables and cauliflower-potato purée.

Meat of the Week 478,-
Served with seasonal vegetables, pumpkin purée, mushroom sauce and small potatoes.

Venison Stew 295,-
Served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Served with seasonal vegetables, apple sauce and risotto.
